What details do I need to enter to join the Studio?

To  join the Studio, there is a one-page registration form. 

We ask for your name, email address and postal address. You will also be asked to enter payment details (card or PayPal) but no payment will be taken until 14 days later. 

What should I put as my username?

We suggest you put your first name or a nickname as your username. 

If I sign up with a monthly subscription, can I then change this to an annual membership?

Yes, once you're a member, you can change from monthly to annual (or vice versa) at any time. 

You can easily do this in the Account Settings page inside the Studio. You'll find information on how to do this in the Member Support resources. 

Why do I have to enter my payment details for the 14-day free trial?

Our website set-up doesn't give us the option to allow you access for 14 days without entering payment details.

So, in order to get access to the Studio, you need to register completely. This includes setting up payment details (either entering a payment card or using your PayPal account). 

We don't take any payment at all until 14 days after you register, and it's very easy to cancel during that time if you choose to do so. 

Entering your payment details

Where do I enter my card details?

After you have selected 'Pay with Card', you will be prompted to enter the name which is on your payment card. 

Next, please enter the 16-digit number on the front of your card. 

The cursor automatically moves to the right after you have entered 16 digits. Now enter your expiry date in the format MM/YY. Next enter your CVC code (usually 3 digits and found on the back of your card). 

Next you should enter the post code (or zip code) where your card is registered. You won't see the post code entry section until you have entered the card number, expiry date and CVC information. Then you'll see another small section after the CVC, where you should put your post/ zip code.

What if I want to pay with PayPal?

Select PayPal on the registration page. You will then be directed to the PayPal website to complete the payment registration. 

Please note there are several steps to the registration process with PayPal. If you sign up with PayPal you should get confirmation and notification emails from PayPal as well as from the Studio. 

I see that your prices are in US dollars, but I'm not in America. How does that work?

We have members from all over the world (UK, Europe, America, Canada, Australia and more!). Unfortunately, our website only allows us to charge in one currency. So we had to pick one, and US dollars are the most popular international currency. 

If you aren't based in the US, then the amount you pay for each month or year will vary slightly due to currency fluctuations. We recommend using an online currency converter to help you know how much you will pay each time. Your credit card or PayPal will automatically convert the amount each time. 

Some banks make a small charge for international currency payments (these are usually very small) and some don't charge at all. You should ask your bank or card provider if you want to confirm these charges.

What happens next

What happens after I complete the registration process for the Studio?

After you complete your Studio registration, you'll be immediately taken to the Studio. 

You'll see the Start Here page and enjoy a Welcome Tour video! 

The, you'll be able to start exploring all the content in the Studio straight away... You'll be able to do some of the videos from the Video Library, watch the informative videos in the Knowledge Zone and take a look in the Members' Forum. 

You will also get a confirmation email from us. You may also get confirmation emails from PayPal or your bank.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You get full access to all the content in the Studio for 14 days. 

If you find the Studio is not right for you, you can cancel your membership at any time during this period.  

It's very easy to cancel your membership - you just click on the button on the Cancellation page.  

There are resources to help you on the Member Support page and you can also contact us if you have any questions. 

We will send you a couple of emails to remind you that your 14-day free trial is coming to an end, so that you have every opportunity to cancel before any payment is taken. 

What if I need help learning how to use the Studio?

There are lots of resources on the Member Support page in the Studio (including how-to videos for some of the most common questions). 

You can also ask us for help, either in the Members' Forum or by replying to one of our messages. 

We want to make sure you get all the help you need. There's no such thing as a silly question and we want to help you make the most of the Studio!


Can I rejoin the Studio if I was previously a member?

Yes, absolutely - we'd love to have you back! Just follow the instructions below to make sure you regain full access.

How do I rejoin the Studio if I was previously a member?

If you have already been a member, it's easy to rejoin, but you can't do so using the normal sign-up page.

1. Log back into your Studio account (click here to do so). If you can't remember your login details, you can reset them here.

2. Once you're logged in, you won't see the normal Dashboard. Click on Update Details in the black menu bar along the top of the page.

3. In the Subscriptions tab, click Re-Subscribe.
